Pacific Garage Door Service LLC does garage door repair in Sun City for the ranch homes and patio homes along the curving streets Del Webb laid out starting in 1960. Same-day service in most cases, 24 hours a day, and no extra fees for nights or weekends.
We're a family business. Scott Owen got into the trade in 2000, and he and his wife Jennifer opened the company in 2016. Word of mouth is still how most people find us, and in Sun City word travels fast.
If you typed garage door repair near me because the door won't close and it's getting dark, call. You'll talk to a real person who explains the problem in plain English and gives you the price before any work starts.
Plenty of Sun City homes have two doors to look after: the main garage door and the narrow golf cart door beside it. Residential garage door repair here means knowing both.
That bang is usually a torsion spring letting go, and it is the most common garage door repair in Sun City we get called for. The door turns into dead weight, and the opener can't budge it. Don't try to lift it by hand.
We fit properly rated springs and balance the door before we leave. Our spring replacement page explains the process.
Remote quit? Keypad forgot its code? We program existing remotes and keypads or supply replacements.
If the opener hums without lifting, we find out whether it's the motor, the gears or the sensors, then repair or replace the opener.
Stuck with the car inside at 9 p.m.? Emergency garage door repair is available 24/7, and we don't charge extra for nights or weekends. You pay what you'd pay at noon on a Wednesday. See how our around-the-clock service works.
Desert sun cracks the rubber bottom seal until dust, scorpions and hot air slip underneath. We swap worn seals through our weather seal replacement service.
Garage door maintenance visits add lubrication, balance testing and a safety check, and service plans are available so you don't have to remember.
Three things to watch for before a small problem turns into a stuck car.
Dry rollers and hinges, or a spring near the end of its life. Lubrication fixes some of it. Worn parts need replacing.
Misaligned photo-eyes are the usual cause. The safety feature is doing its job, but it needs a proper fix, not a bypass.
A frayed cable or a roller out of the track. Stop using it and call. Our off-track garage door repair gets it back on the rails safely.
We acquired our BBB accreditation with an A+ rating by doing what we say we'll do. Our technicians are trained, background-checked, and insured, which matters when someone is working in your garage.
We're a local garage door repair shop, not a call center. Locally owned, family-run, Latino-owned and Women-owned, with three generations of the same family now in the business.
We explain what broke and why, show you the price first, and clean up before we leave. If you're looking for the best garage door repair company for your own home or a parent's, that's the standard we hold ourselves to. Learn more about the Owen family.
From Sun City we're minutes from Surprise, Peoria, Glendale and the north side of Phoenix. Searching garage door repair near me from anywhere between Grand Avenue and Bell Road? Same crew, same prices.
A tip for anyone new to town: Sun City's circular streets loop back on themselves, and GPS isn't always sure where it's going. Give us a cross street when you call and we'll find you faster.

Once a year is a good habit in this heat. A service plan puts it on the calendar for you. See our door maintenance services.

Please don't. Spring work is not a DIY job, and a door without spring tension is much heavier than it looks.
